 "Great Inaugural Marathon in B/CS Area" (about: 2011)

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 This was my first full marathon. I was extremely nervous, but the organization calmed my nervous tremendously. Receiving mutliple emails and updates through the Facebook page was greatly appreciated. Chris and his team did a great job. I knew exactly on the course where the various food and drink tables would be. The day before the race, my parents and I drove the course with the provided spectator map to hunt out good locations along the route to watch me. Will be back next year without a doubt!! | |

It was very well organized from the registration process , prerace communication, packet pickup, course layout, support (aid stations, port a potties, medical), and beer and BBQ at the finish! I expect this race will be even better in year two. | |
