COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 Chris did a great job organizing the race, had a TON of great sponsors. The course was awesome, showed off the best of what Bryan/College Station had to offer. Great support on the course from the spectators to the aid stations and water stops. This race felt like a 20th year race instead of a first year. I also love that it supports two great foundations. My only suggestion is to let the community, specifically the residents on streets where it will be run, know ahead of time (flyers, yard signs, etc.) of the race route so they can plan accordingly. Can't wait to run it again next year!!! | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 It was a perfect day, thanks to everyone's effort. I walk the half, but the volunteers were as cheerful to see us slower athletes as they must have been to the runners. Everyone was encouraging and generally happy to be there (volunteers, police, first aid stations & cadets). I've already told several walkers about it & may challenge myself for the full next year! LOVED the medal too!!! Great job! | |
