SJC Long Island has also partnered with Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone's office and the Greater Long Island Running Club to serve as the host site for a pre-race Sports and Fitness Expo, which will take place in the John A. Danzi Athletic Center at SJC Long Island on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12. Free and open to the public, the expo will offer services and products that marathon vendors, sponsors and partners have to offer. Marathon participants can also pick up their race packets between 3-8 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday.
