It's a fact of life, we get slower as we get older. And, it's also a fact of life (we're going to get in trouble for saying this, but...) that women post slower times than men. This calculator can help you determine the age and sex equivalent times for your time. Use this as you get older to compare your times to your earlier PRs and/or use these to create a handicap for an older friend or relative. Or, just have fun - this is one of our favorite calculators.
