Otter Creek Park to close as part of budget cuts : Marathon may be on it's final days.(Courier-Journal) Mayor Jerry Abramson has planned a twenty million dollar budget cut due to tough financial times. The Otter Creek Park owned by Louisville loses about half a million dollars per yer. This years marathon may be the last held on the trail system.
