Kenya's swept the top three spots at the 27th Buenos Aires International Marathon, as Simon Kariuki Njorege bested countrymen Chebet Ben Kipruto and Toni Kiprop, with a 2:10:29. Argentina's Andrea Graciano won the women's race in 2:46:34.

Buenos Aires Hosts Area Marathon Championships

The South American Marathon Championships will be held this Sunday October 11 in Buenos Aires Argentina. The race, which started in 1984, will host more than six-thousand athletes in it largest field to date.
