		First Frederick Marathon Starting to Come Together (The Herald-Mail Company) Race director Dave Cooley is trying to keep his cool as the Fredrick Marathon prepares for it's inaugural race on March 30, 2003. Most or its 200 participants so far signed up for the race come from Maryland and surrounding states, but registration is open until March 26, with Cooley welcoming all. The event also offers a four-person relay, which has legs of 4.3, 7.5, 10.6 and 3.8 miles. Over 100 relay teams have already registered for the race.
