		Bhutan Marathon reveals local talent (Kuensel Online) Kencho Norbu finished an easy winner clocking 3:00:16.37 in the Bhutan International Race. Among the women was Tshering Wangmo, a teacher from a Lower Secondary School, who had the fastest time of 4:54:52.09. If the Bhutanese ran on flat land and at a lower elevation, they would have done it 30 minutes faster, said Kenneth Stalter, a New York medical doctor.
