A newspaper deliverer from China, Zi Jixiang, won the Great Wall Marathon in China in a new record of 3:50:24 after training for the unique race for two months. New Zealand's Jill Westenra won the women's race in 4:06:07. The 42 kilometer race features 3,600 uneven steps and four kilometers on the Great Wall.
