Runners take places in Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon
(The Catoosa County News) The 29th annual Chickamauga Battlefield marathon saw a record number of participants. Over 600 runners entered the marathon and 700 participants signed up for the half marathon. Nearly 23 miles of the course wandered through the Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park.

Enicks Wins Third Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon

Record Participation Expected At Chickamauga Battlefield Races
(Chattanoogan) The Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon, scheduled for November 8 at 7:30 a.m., will been run through the nations oldest military park. The thirty year old race will feature several changes to this year's race. The half marathon has reached a capacity of 700 runners and is closed to new registrants.

Large Turnout At Chickamauga Battlefield Races
(Chattanoogan) The Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon, 10 Mile Race and Junior Marathon included the largest turn out in recent memory, with 482 runners participating in the marathon, 411 participating in the 10 mile race, and 136 children taking part in Junior Marathon.
