Resurgent Trailbreaker Marathon Looks To Draw 1,000 Runners

The Trailbreaker Marathon has earned status as the unofficial start to the Wisconsin marathon season. The resurgent marathon will attract approximately one-thousand runners to the race on Saturday.

Three Runners Aim For 20th Trailbreaker Marathon Finish

Three runners will attempt to cross the finish line of the Trailbreaker Marathon this coming weekend and will have run the race all twenty times despite one year when the race was not held.

The Trailbreaker Marathon returns

Waukesha Wisconsin will host the Trail Breaker Marathon on April 4th. The challenging course, with a significant climb at the turnaround point, should have a long future with a new partnership from Park Foundation of Waukesha.

Trailbreaker Marathon Canceled

The Trailbreaker Marathon Set for April 5th has been canceled. Race organizers stated that is was a decision that had to be made as the REMAX, the title sponsor of the race for the last 8 years, had some staffing changes and among the changes was the release of the current race director. To replace the person in charge of so many aspects of the race at this late date was impossible. The race was responsible for raising nearly $7,000 for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. Well over 700 runners will be turned away from the 17 year old event.
