A challange

Ran this last year coming from sea level. The altitude was quite the adjustment. They say it's flat. However, the rail to trail grade was just enough to kick you. In the rear end, it was disheartening going by the finish several times in the last couple miles. That could be changed otherwise a great race. A lot of the course covers burnt out areas, so it is not scenic. However, it would be nice to go back in several years and see the change if you have a mountain marathon or ultra coming up. This is great training yeah
