I did this marathon as a back to back to check both Washington (RnR Seattle) and Oregon off my 50sub4 quest. Small, organized and flat summarizes this race. It is an out and back course that you repeat once. I would recommend it for an experienced marathon runner who has a couple of marathons under their belt. I would not recommend it for a rookie only because the course requires some mental work to stay focused and the lack of spectators can make it hard for a new marathon runner. Experienced marathon runners will have a blast like I did.
