Flat, fast marathon. Very scenic. with a small field of runners, but there was always somebody in sight. Plenty of water along the route.

Negatives: Worst medal ever. Rubbish "goody bag" with mint tea bag enclosed. Bad marshaling, with runners getting lost halfway.
