COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 A course of astonishing beauty over hallowed land. The most fabulous organization, marshaling and volunteer support. Everyone involved in fantastic mood and emanating positive vibes and energy. Impeccable logistics. Proceeds all go to charity so this is also a big contributor to good causes event. Amazed at how spot-on this was - and on top of it all, the weather was incredible! What a memorable day. | |

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 This has to be one of the best organised marathons that I have completed. The transport to and from the the start/finish points was 'spot on' The registration was quick and efficient. The course itself was very well marshalled and in addition to that - it was very well signed throughout.(that is very important to me!) Along the route there was plenty of support from the public, marshalls and the volunteers at the water stations etc. The finish line (always a welcome site) was full of smiling faces and cheering and made me feel the whole experience was worth it. Baggage reclaim - once again 'spot on' Overall a lovely marathon and a credit to all the organisers and volunteers. Well done and I'm sure I'll be back. |
