 "Pretty good small marathon" (about: 2007)

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 4 FANS: 2 Things liked: * pretty course * prompt communication from race director * mostly downhill course (hill at mile 23 and finish) * packet pick-up was easy * miles marked well for the marathon * transportation was on time and easy * friendly volunteers Room for improvement: * aid station workers could hand gel to runners, instead of leaving it on the table * running alongside traffic * a volunteer at the finish line to direct us where to go would be good * mile markers need to be marked for the 10-mile race |
