COURSE: 3 ORGANIZATION: 3 FANS: 1 I was thrilled to have a local marathon to participate in. The beach and weather were very nice. All in all I had a nice time but would like to comment that the mile markers were a real drag for me. I didn't like that the markers stated how much further I had to go. For me personally I would rather know how far I had gone and do the math for myself. I know others felt the same way. The BBQ afterward was a real treat and the food was excellent. Thanks to Hope Fellowship for doing that for the runners. I would like to say thanks for all that was done to pull this off. It was a good thing for the community and I wish you all the best in future plannings. |
