A 4 mile run starting at MIDAS on Barrowstreet going right on mainstreet over the overpass(the only hill in Houma), right onto Grand Cailliou, go straight until Rite Aid where you take a right onto Tunnel blvd. Run under the intercostal watercanal and go until you complete the loop of 4 miles at MIDAS. Part of the loop is used for the annual "over and under" run on March 31st.
