A sandy beach, ocean, babes, babes and more babes...the best time to run is in the moring, that way you will not melt to much! Yes the beach is flat, but that is about it!
A great run for as far as the eyes can sea and there are lot's of great views for motivational purposes! I love the beauty's at beautiful South Beach! Have fun and remember to stretch, stretch and stretch!:)
