Starting from Manchester Community College travel west on the bike path crossing Spencer Street and then Burnside Ave all the way to Tolland Turnpike, then left up to the Wickham Park entrance, back through the park on onto the bike path at Burnside. It's ten miles in all with little or no traffic - just watch the road crossings.
