Run from Portmarnock bird sanctuary , through village, past Royal Dublin Golf Links, along the coastal pathway to village of Malahide, then enter grounds of Malahide castle & demesne, follow perimeter trail (4.5K), and return to Portmarnock... including running on the beach for 2k just before Golf Links. Total of approx 15K. Best to run early weekend morning in summertime, when pathway and demesne trail are quiet. |
