Take a 2.5 mile steady climb, some steep parts, to the top of the cliff for a spectacular view out over the city and Long Island Sound. A variety of parks, trails, roads, and a high school track near the base allow you compose a run of your own length, difficulty, terrrain, etc... A top notch training tool.
