A scenic 4.25 mile run on a tarmac bike path between the Connecticut River and the old Windsor Locks canal. Half miles a marked and there is good parking at both ends so 8.5 mile runs doen and back up work perfectly. Best parking is at north end on Canal Road, Suffield, next to intersection of Routes 159 and 190.
