Starting at Ashbridges Bay, at the foot of Coxwell Avenue, run east on the boardwalk just at dawn. (This is a lot easier in the summer than the winter, when wicked winds off Lake Ontario makes the run more a chore than a joy.) Seeing the sun rise over the lake is a great way to start the day! The entire boardwalk is about 3 km, so out and back is about 6 km.
