Park at the Chinook Moorage parking lot on Fairview Ave East( you won't get towed, everybody parks there)...start running north, get up on the Roosevelt Bridge, cross over, drop down on the Burke Gilman trail heading west around the lake, pick up the Fremont Bridge, now you're on Westlake Blvd, which swings you around to South Lake Union, past the Fred Hutch and Zymogenetics, then hang a genlte left back onto Fairview Ave East to your car. Its just over 5 miles, flat and fast, constant water views and swings your through 4 fun Seattle neighboorhoods. Email me sometime if you'd like a tour of the route. |
