Start at macritchie reservoir lower car park (off lornie road) and get on the wooden dock that goes around the reservoir (dont worry about the monkeys! they are friendly) then follow one of the jungle trail to the other side of Adam road and run around the graveyard (it is said that people resting in peace there welcome the living touch of runners!! )
follow the trail back to the car park.
