An approx. 5 mile river beach run at low tide between the Tacony Palmyra Bridge and the inlet for the Pennsauken Creek. When tide is up, you can run a parallel trail. Other trails in the park make for a 10 miler if you want. Deer, birds and river views make this a treat from the street, and easy on the feet!
