The best long run in L.A. 21.4 miles of Hills, horses and ocean. Did I mention hills? Strt @ Malaga Cove parking lot (early, 6 am) and run the Four Corners: Palos Verdes Drive East, West, South, North. Great training for St. George marathon... there is water on course at 4 miles and 15 (at fire station) but bring some if you're new to course. 405 S. to Hawthorne Blvd to Palos Verdes Drive West (right) to Malaga Cove. |
