Starting anywhere from Pratt St (by the Inner Harbor) up (north), run north up Howard St., cross the bridge & continue further up past North Ave. Turn around when ready & retrace steps except run south on St. Paul. Make your way back to starting point & run north (up) on Charles St. Great hill workout & you get to eye all the beautiful architecture in Mt Vernon.
