Starting from the harbour head along coastal road to Paignton, when you get to the gas tank on your right follow footpath up slope and over the stile, follow trail through woodland for next 2miles before coming to main road, turn right up hill and follow road until gate on left, through gate and onto bridleway from here the choice is yours follow any of the trails most of which will lead back to cockington village centre, when in centre run back towrds the seafront following the stream. run distance 6- 15 miles depending on trails taken |
