Highly enjoyable, relaxing and scenic run along the banks of the Humber River. Plenty of softly rolling hills make this run a decent workout. Knees are spared at several key stretches where there is hard-packed dirt available to run on. Start at Eglinton and Scarlett and follow the Tommy Thompson trail all the way until it spits you out at Lake Ontario under a beautiful pedestrian-only bridge.
