Starting at the back side of the Scottsboro High School Cross Country Trail run on Crawford Rd, Turn left on Snodgrass Rd continue across Hwy 72, at the top of hill take trail to left and run along the Backbone Ridge to the the Scott cemetary, get on Veterans Drive(hwy 35)run over hwy 72, turn left at Randall's Chapel Methodist Church and back to the school. This run is a 5 mile loop that includes 1.25 miles of trail running. If run in the morning or at dusk a population of city deer can sometimes be seen. |
