from exit 8 of I-89 take second left on to Grn Mtn Dr.
Park @ Vt Dept of Liquor Control @ end of Street. Run west on bike path 1/4 mi., bike path ends at Jct Rd. Continue west along Winooski River. This is an out and back.Road becomes dirt @ 1 mi. mark-Watch for 1,2 & 3 mile markers. If you run 5.5 miles you are in Middlesex and can double back or cross
bridge and run east on lightly travelled US Rt 2 back to Montpelier along river and to bike path to return to start. Generally flat- 1 hill @ 3 miles only.
Organized 2,4 & 6 mile runs @ 5:30 pm each Tues. April-Oct.
