The Casino Niagara International Marathon was my first marathon. It was a great race to run. It starts in Buffalo New York and finishes at the world famous Niagara Falls. The first 5 miles are run in Buffalo. The last miles are the fun ones. At each water station on the Canadian side of the border local high schools from Niagara Falls and St. Catharines were their to lend their support. They were required to set up the best water station. It was excellent because you could here the next water station a mile away which made me run harder. I finished the race 249 out of 1319 racers. |
