I just completed the 19th running of the above race. There are 3 races: a 5km, 10km, and half-marathon. The course is easy, with no large hills at all. Great for beginners. The course is beautiful. It runs through the town, then along the sea, through the countryside, and concludes back in town. The view of the mountains (Tsurungi-yama, etc.) is also breathtaking. The half-marathon (which I did) has 4 water stations along the course. Everything was very well organized, and the facilities and grounds provided for before and after the race were more than adequate. Enjoy!! |
