Start at the Food Lion and run toward the city. You will have to change sides of the road a couple of times. From the Food Lion to Randolf-Macon is about 3.25 miles one way and 6.5 miles round trip. The run is fairly flat considering that you are in the Hill City. You can venture further toward the city but I wouldn't go past Rivermont Park (it starts to get shady not too long after that). |
