Terrific event! Thank you. The course was hypnotically gorgeous. Forget making good time, relax and enjoy this special event is my own recommendation. Since I was recovering from an injury, I had little choice but was determined not to miss this run. This event deserves a high rank among the nation's best runs. No runs like this in Florida where I had been running until this year. I am never going back to Florida.
The premier running event to train for on the Wasatch front. You are running down the most beautiful river road (4miles) down South Fork Canyon with the most spectacular view of Mt.Timpanogos, then running down a fully paved river trail in a tunnel of trees on a cool morning. Its an easy down hill. You start at 6,000 ft. and gradually work your way down to 4700 ft., to a food feast at the end with all kinds of fruit, food and drinks. Come and have the greatest experience running with friends |
