Follow cycle paths out of town heading towards Cambois, as you approach the river follow the trail down the bank onto the cinder path, which continues for about 21/2 miles along the river, watch swans and other local wildlife as you continue along the undulating path towards fallowfield, through the farm, along green lane before returing to the town centre, approx 8 1/2 miles
