Starting from the Church on Ngong Road, leading out of the city centre, this runs out through the indigenous and gum woodland on a 12km loop; best run with the Nairobi Hash House Harriers, because the route is not so easy to follow with no foreknowledge. They often meet Fridays at 5pm at the Church (near Karen crossroads).
