| Description: | 26.2 miles in the snow and 10° temps? I thought friends were crazy for suggesting it but this was the most beautiful and fun marathon I've ever been in. The event staff and volunteers made you feel like family and cheered you on as if they knew you. The course was 6 loops on a trail that went over and around a few lakes, near a river and even had views of a bald eagles nest. This is one race that I will go to again every year. |
