Either starting at Lister Street and Cowley Way or starting at Cowley Way and July Street running/double time cadence/quick time cadence step/jogging/Olympic Racewalking/racewalking/speedwalking/walking/powerwalking/ carrying a adjustable-weighted rucksack...wearing an adjustable weighted vest...grasping lightweight pair of dumbbells...and running up to Cowley Way and Iroquois Ave. Running south and running north on Cowley Way. —>Plus, also, run northward and/or southward on Cowley Way, run east at the intersection of Cowley Way & Mt. Acadia Boulevard, running east on Mount Acadia Boulevard & Snead Avenue, east on Mount Acadia Boulevard to Via Aquario [Mount Acadia Boulevard & Via Aquario], make a 180 degrees aboutface run back down the 11 percent / 11% grade and climb the 10 percent grade to Mount Acadia Boulevard & Cowley Way . Next, the runners are on Field Street, running west on Field Street to Burgener Boulevard.
