Heading out of the coastal resort of Torbay, along A380 to Newton Abbott,(4 miles). Head for Bovey tracey, Just before B&Q superstore, cross stile and enter a whole new world, leave the hustle and bustle of this market town behind, Follow the cinder towpath alongside the templer canal, through Jetty Marshers nature reserve, the path cuts trough woodland and farm land, the surface is perfect for protecting you knees and shins, Follow the canal for about 3 miles out to Stover country park, do one quick loop of the lake before heading back along the canal towards Newton Abbot and the along the A380 through Kingskerswell to Torquay.
A perfect run for those long easy sunday morning runs....
