Favorite Runs - Pocono Mountain for the Red Run

| Description: | Race Director and the volunteers were great. I could not arrive until after 5pm to pick up the bib as we had tickets to a Yankee game, son's birthday present, but the Meet Director made accomadations - small town attitude and hospitality. Ran a PR by 10 minutes although the quads are aching. Had to walk three times over the past 5 miles primarily due to 2 hills but did qualify for Boston. I am not sure how I would run the race again other than doing much more hill work. Will be back. |
