Start from Eisenhower Ave and Mill Rd. across from the the Courtyard Marriott, run south down Eisenhower past Cameron Run creek and Cameron Run Regional Park. Turn around when you reach the train bridge and run back to Eisenhower and Mill Rd. Total distance is 3.2 miles or 5k. This is good for training for a 5K
