Zac Freudenburg and Megan Earney set course records at the Go! St. Louis Marathon in muddier than usual conditions. Freudenberg won in a 2:23:57, beating defending champion two-time winner two-time winner and former men's record holder Karl Gilpin by almost three minutes. 2:51:20, breaking the women's course record of 2:52:38 set in 2007 by Christine Ensign.
