A good January race option
This was my first indoor race and I did not really know what to expect. Yes, running in circles got a little boring. The field is kept small to avoid overcrowding, but even with 2 flights of half marathoners running at the same time it was never really too crowded. The support from the UCONN womens ultimate frisbee team was amazing. It was like my own personal cheering section each of the 130 times I passed them. The race director was also very enthusiastic, often cheering the runners while making sure everything was running smoothly. With no weather, logistics, hills or bathrooms to worry about, you can really focus on your running.

Great Winter Indoor Marathon - No Weather Issues
Tough to gauge weather in the Winter months. Arena Attack has eliminated that concern with this indoor course. Found this to be well organized and enjoyable. Marathoners were able to bring own hydration and fuel of choice. GPS does not work indoors so this is old school and you use an internal pace. Race Director was super responsive if there were questions. Parking and logistics are super easy.
