Portumna Forest Park Marathon - Race Reviews

This is definitely a great race. Somehow the 5k laps work really well because you're just counting down the laps instead of each mile so it seems to fly by. The organisation is great and Seb is so friendly and accommodating. Even though the field is quite small for each of the 4 events on the day, you're never totally alone because you've always got company on the 5k loop. The water stations are great and there's also fruit, jelly babies and coke to boost you on your way. It's definitely one I'll return to again - maybe even moving up from the 50k to the 100k next year.
