Marathon de Senart - Race Reviews

When I began the marathon of Senart (only 1,200 participate) on 05/01/2004, I was afraid to run alone in case I hurt myself, but I appreciate hearing a lot of people call my first name. They knew my name because the organization gave them a list of all participants (many thanks for the organization)!

The only positive thing was that the pasta dinner was great... the organization even to and from the pasta dinner was horrible. Small vans holding 4-5 people max were used to bus to and from pasta dinner! I pulled out of the race due to injury and had to get to 21km before getting assistance and even than I had to wait 45 minutes for a van -- no blankets or jackets to keep us warm, no food, no water until the rescue van arrived 45 minutes later! Horrible, horrible, horrible organization!
