Pre-Race Review/ Lineup

The 2020 Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon, postponed from June 7 to a later undetermined date, was canceled for the year, due to coronavirus concerns.

The 2019 Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon raised $300,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Shaun Frandsen won the 2019 Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon in 2:36:14 while Christine Babcock won the women's race in 2:59:16.

Joseph Darda won the 2018 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in 2:33:23 while Katryna Williams won the women's race in 3:05:14.
