   Chinese whispers abound on an Olympic-size scale (The Age)
With temperatures soaring in the 2004 Olympic Marathon, Jacques Rogge, the International Olympic Committee president made a statement that endurance events could be postponed, or moved to alternate locations, should pollution levels and/or heat soar in Beijing next August. Concern for athletes and a fair competition has spurred the debate amongst IOC members.
